What “CNFT Verified” means
The badge is a record kept by CNFT Launch Pad. It exists so collectors can tell an official collection apart from a copy that reuses its name and artwork.
It does mean
- The collection was listed and reviewed through the CNFT Launch Pad platform.
- The creator proved control of their wallet by signing an ownership message.
- The collection's policy information and creator wallet are recorded in the registry.
- The launch passed admin review before receiving CNFT Verified status.
It does not mean
- An official Cardano certification or endorsement.
- Government, regulatory or legal verification of any kind.
- A guarantee of value, resale price or investment return.
- A guarantee of authenticity beyond the creator and policy information in the registry.
Always check the chain
Cardano is the source of truth for asset existence, policy IDs, asset names, mint quantities, transactions and ownership. Every registry entry links its policy ID and mint transactions to a Cardano explorer so you can confirm them independently.
